We guarantee that the landlords receive their rental payments promptly and in full, as the contracts are signed directly with us, meaning that we assume any level of risk. We offer our landlords long-term contracts in which we assume the cost during those periods when certain rooms may be left unoccupied. You will not miss even one monthly rental payment throughout the duration of the contract, as we take care of everything.

Place Madrid Rooms takes care of the daily maintenance and monitoring of your property, informing the landlord of any issue that may occur. For us, proper use of the common areas and private bedrooms is of the utmost importance, as is respecting the rules of the landlord and the building community as a whole. If a student or professional does not comply with the rules of the property, they will lose their room and deposit.
